				 EGFR H773_V774insAH results in the insertion of two amino acids within the drug-binding pocket in the protein kinase domain of the Egfr protein between amino acids 773 and 774 (UniProt.org, PMID: 23371856). H773_V774insAH has not been biochemically characterized, but is predicted to result in a gain of function based on the effect of other Egfr exon 20 insertion mutations (PMID: 24353160).  |
