				       BaF3(小鼠原 B 細胞)的生長(cháng)和增殖需要 IL-3 的維持。通過(guò)引入各種表達激酶的基因, 能作為 BaF3 的驅動(dòng)基因,讓 BaF3 不再依賴(lài) IL-3 而增殖,進(jìn)而激酶基因成為 BaF3 增殖依 賴(lài)的驅動(dòng)基因,用于評估小分子藥物對激酶的靶向抑制作用,原理及流程見(jiàn)下圖所示。
