PTGER4（前列腺素 E2 受體 4 型）屬于前列腺素類(lèi)受體家族，主要分布于免疫組織 （脾臟、淋巴結、樹(shù)突細胞）、血管內皮、骨細胞及胃腸道黏膜，其內源性配體為前列腺 素 E? （PGE? ）；該受體通過(guò)偶聯(lián) Gs 蛋白，激活腺苷酸環(huán)化酶，升高 cAMP/PKA 信號， 進(jìn)而調控抗炎因子釋放、血管舒張及黏膜屏障保護，同時(shí)通過(guò)β-arrestin 募集介導免疫抑制 信號，其功能異?？蓪е卵装Y性腸?。冃越Y腸炎）、骨關(guān)節炎（軟骨破壞加?。?、動(dòng) 脈粥樣硬化（血管炎癥）及腫瘤免疫逃逸（上調腫瘤 PD-L1 表達），是治療慢性炎癥與腫 瘤聯(lián)合免疫療法的關(guān)鍵靶點(diǎn)。 |
