| I. Background | |
| 黑色素轉鐵蛋白 (CD228/MFI2/MELTF) 是一種細胞表面糖基磷脂酰肌醇 (GPI) 錨定糖 蛋白，屬于鐵結合蛋白的轉鐵蛋白家族。CD228 最初在黑色素瘤中被發(fā)現，并在多種實(shí)體 瘤中高度表達，包括間皮瘤、非小細胞肺癌（NSCL）、乳腺癌、結直腸癌和胰腺癌等。 CD228 在細胞增殖、遷移和腫瘤發(fā)生中發(fā)揮重要作用。它參與腫瘤增殖、血管生成、 內皮細胞遷移、纖溶酶原激活和跨血腦屏障運輸等過(guò)程。此外，CD228 有兩種亞型—— sMFI2 和 mMFI2，其中膜結合型 CD228（mMFI2）在多種實(shí)體瘤中高度表達，而在正常組 織中低表達，具有較高的腫瘤表達特異性。 |
