血小板衍生生長(cháng)因子（PDGF）是一類(lèi)重要的生長(cháng)因子，主要由血小板、內皮細胞和 巨噬細胞分泌，在細胞增殖、遷移、分化和血管生成等生物學(xué)過(guò)程中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。它不 僅在正常生理過(guò)程中（如傷口愈合和組織修復）起重要作用，還在多種病理過(guò)程中（如癌 癥、纖維化和動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化）扮演重要角色。PDGF 家族包括 PDGF-A、PDGF-B、PDGF- C 和 PDGF-D 四種亞型。PDGF 通過(guò)與其受體（PDGFR）結合，激活下游信號通路，調控 細胞行為。 血小板衍生生長(cháng)因子受 0 體α（PDGFRA），又稱(chēng)為 CD140A 或 PDGFR2，是一種細胞 表面酪氨酸激酶受體，屬于血小板衍生生長(cháng)因子家族。 |
